All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If there are any delays due to high volume or other unforeseen issues, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Free shipping on all orders
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a purchase. Please read our returns policy below to ensure a smooth process.
You may return unused items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The following cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Free returns
- If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included in your refund.
